Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026. This policy explains what data Eigengames (eigengames.com) processes, why, and what your rights are. The controller is Eigengames, Netherlands, reachable at [email protected].

What we process

• Game data on your device. Progress, streaks and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you choose to share a result.
• Usage analytics. With your consent (in the EEA and UK) we record which pages and games are used, how long, and technical context such as browser type, screen size, country and the campaign that brought you here. We use a random identifier stored in a first-party cookie for up to one year, and a per-visit identifier. We do not build profiles of named individuals.
• Advertising. Ads are served by Google Ad Manager. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to personalise ads where you have consented; otherwise ads are non-personalised. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Legal bases

Consent for analytics and personalised advertising (you can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer or the consent dialog); legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention and basic, non-personalised ad delivery.

Retention

Analytics events are kept for 13 months, then deleted or aggregated. Local game data stays until you clear your browser storage.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Email [email protected].

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We update this page when our processing changes; the date at the top tells you when.
